It all began during the Black Plague when the King caught a band of thieves for robbing deceased plague victims of their jewels, money and valuables.What was most peculiar about this band of thieves was their ability to avoid contracting the plague whilst robbing the victims. These four thieves of France turned out to be descendants in a family of Apothecaries. They were well versed in the healing abilities of essential oils and contained enough knowledge to develop a blend to protect themselves against the plague.
