I tried it but I did not see a difference. But that saying I think I have something else going on in my back.

When mixed with CBD it gives me relief from pain in my hip and knee. It take the roll on with my when I call basketball games so I can be able to move on the court.
It helped with the scaly patches on my legs. I don’t recommend using it near the lips though.
used in a diffuser instead of what i usually use. I did not find that it helped any with postnasal drip and/or cough
