How to Use Essential Oils

  1. Topically
Mix your essential oil or blend with an equal part of carrier oil such as coconut or almond oil. Apply the area you're testing. If you are trying to absorb the oils, apply to the ankle area or behind the ears.
*Always spot test for allergies. Special care and instruction are used on children and the elderly.

  2. Diffusing
Depending on the size of your diffuser, add 5 to 10 drops of the essential oil or blend in a cup of water.

  3. Internally
Ingesting oils can be a very therapeutic experience if done properly and safely. We advise you take the necessary steps to educate yourself. You are welcome to call, visit, or message us any time for more information.

  4. Cooking
The National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) guidelines states that prior to ingesting essential oils you must consult with a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist (CCA) or a Medical Doctor (MD).

*Usage is based on recommendations according to the NAHA Guidelines.
