Helps to stay on task!

I take the daytime gummies for my ADHD. It somehow slows my brain down just enough to keep me from getting sidetracked by things I really do not need to do before going to work (and the anxiety it causes when I get overwhelmed). I do not notice an "kick in", just the not straying off task as much. The anxiety inhaler from AI works well in combination when you need a deep relaxing breath during the day. Thanks AI!
