When mixed with CBD it gives me relief from pain in my hip and knee. It take the roll on with my when I call basketball games so I can be able to move on the court.
It helped with the scaly patches on my legs. I don’t recommend using it near the lips though.
used in a diffuser instead of what i usually use. I did not find that it helped any with postnasal drip and/or cough
I don't particularly enjoy the taste, but the benefits are numerous. I use it as a tea with burdock root. The herbs are clean and without debris. As always, very happy with my purchase.
