Happiness Inhaler
A blend of Bergamot, Ylang-Ylang, Geranium, Rosewood, Lemon, Mandarin, Jasmine, Roman Chamomile, and Rose essential oils to help uplift your mood, keep you alert and aware while being relaxing you at the same time. The citrus oils in this blend are traditionally noted for being uplifting and enhancing awareness, while the florals can be a mood lifter and the Chamomile a relaxer.
Simply unscrew the cap and place the inhaler underneath one nostril while closing the other and take a deep breath. Repeat throughout the day as needed.
