Avocado Carrier Oil

Carrier oil is used to dilute essential oils before they are applied to the skin in massage and aromatherapy. Carrier oils transport essential oils through the skin and into the blood stream. Can also be used for skin and hair care. 

While avocado oil is best known for its uses in cooking, it can also contribute to skin care. The oil is an ingredient in many types of creams, moisturizers, and sunscreens. Avocado oil is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and E.  A thick oil that leaves a waxy feel on the skin. Great for heavy duty healing for irritating skin conditions.
