Our Migraine blend is a powerful combination of peppermint, lavender, wintergreen, and birch. A migraine is a severe and painful type of headache associated with throbbing pain, nausea and heightened sensitivity to light. Migraines can be triggered by stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation and hormonal changes. Massage our Migraine oil blend into the temples and back of neck to relieve migraine headaches and ease feelings of nausea and anxiety. Migraine is also available as an inhaler.

Peppermint: stimulates the hippocampus area of the brain and soothes headache pain. It is also very soothing to the digestive system as nausea is a common complaint from those who suffer with migraines. Peppermint is also useful in increasing concentration and clearing mental fatigue.

Lavender: oil is one of the most widely used essential oils. It has an amazing reputation as an analgesic, or pain reliever. It is also very calming and helps to balance any irregularities in the body.

Wintergreen: is found as a common ingredient in most over the counter pain relievers but it is usually a synthetic version or adulterated in some way. One teaspoon of wintergreen essential oil contains as much methyl salicylate as 20 aspirin. Birch is commonly combined with wintergreen in pain relieving blends. Birch contains 96.5% methyl salicylate and has many of the same pain relieving benefits as wintergreen.

To Use: Blend Migraine blend with a carrier oil and apply topically on the neck and shoulders, temples, and achilles tendon. This blend may also be diffused or used in an inhaler

Migraine relief without the pain med hangover

I keep the migraine inhalers nearby at all times. Inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds and exhale slowly for 5 seconds. More often than none I get relief within minutes. Highly recommended!
