I bought the berries recently to add as a flavoring in my 2nd fermentation of Kombucha. It is now my part of my new favorite flavors, Lavender Elderberry Honey.
I used the dried lavender flowers as a 2nd fermentation flavor to make my kombucha. It has a very good flavor profile and gives my kombucha a nice subtle lavender taste. A little goes a long way. I will definitely be back for more.
I enjoy this tea with a combination of other herbs for overall cardio health. I like the smell very much.
My daughter uses this as a face mask and really likes it. The powder is super smooth and silky - no clumps.
