How to Use

To diffuse add 5-8 drops to an oil diffuser. If symptoms are severe you can place your face directly above the diffuser and inhale deeply for 4-5 minutes. 

For direct palm inhalation put 3-4 drops directly on your palm and rub together to warm the oils. Cover your face with your palms and breath deeply through your nose and exhale through the mouth. Repeat 3-4 times.
