About the oils 

Cedarwood oil is extracted through the process of steam distillation from the wood pieces of the cedarwood tree. This oil is mildly antiseptic and may be effective against hair loss, tuberculosis, bronchitis, gonorrhea, and skin disorders such as acne and psoriasis. It can reduce hardening of artery walls. It is high in sesquiterpenes which can stimulate the limbic region of the brain (the center of our emotions). It also may help stimulate the pineal gland, which releases melatonin, an antioxidant hormone associated with deep sleep. 

Cypress has a fresh, herbaceous aroma gives feelings of comfort, security, and relaxation. It also has the ability to balance oil production.
