Description
Calendula Petals are native to southwestern Asia, western Europe and the Mediterranean. The flowers have been used traditionally as culinary and medicinal herbs. Only the petals are edible and are often used in tea, salads, to color cheese and as a substitute for saffron.
Directions
To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
