Recommended as an alternative

used in a diffuser instead of what i usually use. I did not find that it helped any with postnasal drip and/or cough

Great in Nasal Rinse

This Cough and Cold essential oil is great to use (a few drops) in a neti pot nasal rinse. It's also nice to add a few drops to a warm bath.
