What was the tea?

A traditional Creole remedy for fevers, chills, congestion, and other cold or pneumonia-type symptoms, Manglier (pronounced MONG-LEE-AY) Tea.

Native Americans were the ones who discovered the amazing medicinal properties of this plant in the 19th century. Creole and Cajun communities are known to have utilized it before the days of prescription drugs and antibiotics. The active ingredient in the tea is Baccharis Oxide: a powerful triterpenoid (highly multifunctional compound) with notable antiviral capabilities which have been described as having anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antitumoral properties.

I followed the employees directions on usage, I was very sick with a headcold at the time. After the first dose I already felt better. Very satisfied!

Hot or cold it does the trick. Natural energy without the jitters. Cures a cold, cough etc instantly. I like lemon & honey in it.

Manglier tea

I haven't tried it yet, but I hear really good things about it. I have a family member that tried it and she said that it works wonders. I am holding on to mine for when I really need it.

This really works!

I bought it in case we came down with flu because of exposure Christmas Eve to Type A flu. The same day I picked up a jar of Manglier Tea, my husband started running fever, 100.9. So I fixed him 1/2c because he was afraid of the taste. Then before he went to bed I gave him another 1/2c and added honey to it. He slept the whole night thru and had no fever the next day. Around 4pm his fever returned and again I fixed him 1/2c and then repeated it at bedtime. That was it. No more fever, his coughing had stopped, and he could breathe easier. He had pneumonia in 2020 after we contracted Covid and severe bronchitis before. His immune system is compromised because of Non-Hodgkins Lymphome and 2 1/2 years of chemo, so we always try to act quickly when he gets sick. PS We did try to do a visit with teledoc but no one ever called us back — ever. I Thank God I had read up on the manglier plant and just happened to find the tea at your store. God always provides in the right time!
Taste: he said it wasn’t too bad after the first cup. Adding the honey helped and it is beneficial, too!
